Terms of Conditions

General regulations for pre-booked dive packages, rental equipment, special tours and other services.

1. Pre-booked dive packages / diving courses are "personal" and can not be distributed to different travel participants.

2. The full-refund of a pre-booked dive package / diving course is only possible - if (due to illness, accident, etc.) the journey can not be started at all.

3. If, due to a disease on the spot, one or the other dive of a pre-booked dive package can not be performed, the dive package is still cheaper than the same service booked on site. However, if it is a serious illness and you can not dive any longer, we will definitely find a solution. Usually we dissolve the dive package on site and calculate the transferred amount as a down payment.

4. A medical examination certificate for diving activities is obligatory and should be available. This should not be older than 2 years.

5. The presentation of a logbook as well as a valid diving certificate is a prerequisite to participat in diving sports activities (exception beginners courses).

6. We reserve the right to exclude you for gross violations of the general safety rules for diving.
